Since Oreka TX began its journey in 1997, work and pleasure have come hand in hand. In addition to the more than 1,000 concerts we have given as a band throughout the world, we have developed more than 10 multidisciplinary projects.
The investigation around the txalaparta and the experimentation and fusion, have been the daily engine of our work. Along the way we have come together with artists from very different cultures and disciplines, giving the best of us and receiving the best of the world.
We have developed 11 projects with the txalaparta as a center, inviting artists and resources to dance around it; we have also danced to the sound of other artistic processes.
To visualize and celebrate all this experience, we set up this website that shows the work, the enjoyment and also give thanks to all the people that have accompanied us along the way.
